Terms of Service

StradaAds ("we," "us," or "our") operates the StradaAds platform at stradaads.com. We provide an AI-powered advertising strategy service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

StradaAds provides AI-generated advertising strategy reports ("Builds") via a credit-based system. Each Build deploys a six-agent parallel analysis engine and returns a complete strategy brief including audience research, creative strategy, funnel architecture, competitive intelligence, budget projections, and visual asset blueprints.

We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes. Strategy outputs are AI-generated recommendations based on publicly inferable information about the provided URL and industry benchmarks. All figures marked "[inferred]" or "[estimated]" should be validated against your own data before acting on them.

Access to the Service requires a verified email address. We use magic-link authentication — no password is stored on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and any sessions associated with it.

You may not share account access with other individuals. Each account is for a single authorized user.

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased individually with no recurring charge, no subscription, and no auto-renewal. Credits do not expire. You are charged only when you initiate a Build.

No-Trap Refund Policy: If a Build fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your account. If a Build completes but the output is substantively defective (e.g., the synthesis returns blank or malformed results), contact us within 24 hours at legal@stradaads.com and we will issue a full credit refund. No questions asked.

We do not issue refunds for completed Builds where the output was delivered as described, on the basis of disagreement with the AI's strategic recommendations.

You own your output. Strategy reports generated by the Service are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over the content of your Builds. You may use, publish, sell, or modify them without restriction.

We do not use your Build outputs or submitted URLs to train AI models. Your campaign data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes on our own platforms.

We retain anonymized, aggregated usage metrics (e.g., average build duration, score distributions) for internal product improvement. These metrics cannot be attributed to individual accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate advertising strategy for products or services that are illegal in the target jurisdiction
• Automate bulk scraping or abuse of the Build API beyond documented rate limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI model architecture
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as independently produced human work in contexts where disclosure is legally required
• Submit URLs containing malicious code, phishing content, or CSAM

We target 99% uptime but make no formal SLA guarantee at this pricing tier. Planned maintenance will be communicated via the dashboard. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice (typically 14 days), except in cases of emergency security remediation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StradaAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service or any strategy output. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP violations.

We will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
